What we collect
When you submit a prayer request, testimony or enquiry, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact information (email or phone) and the content of your message. Prayer intentions may include sensitive personal matters, including health or family details; you choose what to share.
Why we collect it
Your details are used solely to offer your intention at the shrine, to review and (with your consent) publish your testimony, to respond to your enquiry, and — where you request a Mass — to confirm arrangements with you. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Consent
Each form on this site includes a consent notice. By ticking it, you agree to the collection and use described there and in this policy, as contemplated by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the parish office.
Retention and deletion
Prayer requests are retained only as long as needed to offer the intention and respond to you, after which they are deleted. Published testimonies remain on the site until you ask for their removal. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the parish office.
Photographs
Photographs of shrine events may include devotees. Identifiable photographs of children are published only with parental or guardian consent. If you or your family appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, contact the parish office and it will be taken down.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used for site functionality (for example, administrative sign-in). Embedded maps and videos are served by Google, whose own privacy policies apply to those services.
